- Why can I not access the IP Streaming Server software or software displays "device not connected" with "try again" and "cancel" options?
- Make sure customer has IGMP enabled on router or switch. If customer does not have that option or cannot enable it, suggest connecting directly to the unit using cat5e/6/7 cable from a PC with I5 or better processor.
