- Where to do image rotation?
- This unit CAN rotate images via the handheld remote NOT via the Web GUI.
- How was the Multi-Viewer
- When setting 2x2 configuration for each output, if output 1 is set to 2x2 looks great, when they go to set that same 2x2 config on another output, they lose the signal of input 1 on output 1 and so on, Output 2 lose signal from In1 and In2, Output 3 lose signal from In1,2, &3. Output 4 will only display In4.
- How to rotate images on the 2x2 video wall
- 1. In the main menu, select "Video" to press the "OK" 2. Press "Up and Down" button to select "Output1" (The fifth ALL option means that all outputs are selected) 3. Click "OK" to enter the next submenu. 4. Press the "up and down" to select the "Rotate" 5. Click "OK" to enter the next submenu. 6. Press the "up and down" button to select "Yes" to open or the "No" is closed. 7. Click the "OK" button to complete the setting. You can select any key to select output1 rotations or all the output rotations. The rotation is 180 degree clockwise.
- How do I get my controller/matrix on my network?
- Step 1 Connect controller to PC via ethernet port on PC and controller Step 2 Give the PC a static IP that matches the default Ip Scheme of the controller Step 3 Log into WebGui of controller using controller default IP Step 4 Set IP of controller to match the IP scheme of your router/wireless network Step 5 Set PC back to DHCP(automatically get IP) and disconnect from controllers ethernet connection Step 6 Connect controller to their router/ Network switch via ethernet Step 7 Type new Ip into web browser to log back into WebGui
