- Which audio port has priority?
- Coax port has priority over Optical. If 2 different sources are connected to the extender, one in optical, one in coax, the source plugged in to coax will push audio through. Turning off that source device will still not push audio through optical. The coax cable has to be unplugged from the extender for optical to work.
