How to create/call presets for JTD-2985
Create a preset: Step 1: Hit main on the matrix switch Step 2: Go down till you see Preset, navigate into it Step 3: Hit Save, select Preset 1-8, press enter Step 4: To call the preset, you want to navigate into call, and select the preset you saved.
How to perform a firmware upgrade on the JTD-2985
1. Connect PC and Device with RS232, open software UART_ISP_V1.6.exe on PC 2. Click "Refresh" refresh the serial port number and select the correct serial port number 3. Baud Data is 115200 by default 4. Input "A1" on the port, Select the path where the program resides to upgrade the MCU. 5. Input "F0" on the port, Select the path where the program resides to upgrade the web page. Click "Upgrade", the system starts to update until "Succeed" is displayed in the information bar, update done.
What happens if I'm having trouble getting video to come out of JTD-2985
Make sure that on the input that you are using, you have the right EDID selected. First check to see what resolution you are sending as it could be that the switch isn't selected to that resolution by default. To check the EDID settings: Step 1: Hit Main Step 2: Navigate into Input 1 Step 3: Navigate into EDID Step 4: By Default the EDID is set to 4K@60HZ at 4:4:4 Once you have that checked, you should be able to see your source
