How do I use the ARC functionality on JTD-2956
By default the ARC function is not on. To turn on this functionality: Step 1: Hit Main Step 2: Navigate into Output, then Output1 or any Output Step 3: Navigate into Audio Step 4: Navigate into ARC and turn it on. Example to use ARC: Output 1 connect to the TV's ARC port > Back to the analog 1 What is ARC? Audio Return Channel(ARC) connects your TV and audio system with a single high speed HDMI cable and eliminates the need for an additional composite audio or optical cable.
How do you perform a factory simple and factory all reset?
Front Panel: Simple: Main > Config > System >Factory > Simple > Yes (restores running info. (video, audio, EDID, setup). All: Main> Config> System > Factory > Simple > No @Reset range: Run setup Web Control: Web Control: Follow instructions on user manual page 23-25 will guide how to connect to Matrix and 30 will inform where simple factory reset and factory all will be located in the Web Controls.
How do you switch Inputs and Outputs?
Press OUT number "X" + button "DOWN" + IN number "X" to complete the switch. ["X" being numbers 1-16]

How do you login to the Matrix Web Control Interface?
1) Connect to the ethernet port of the matrix to your PC with a CAT5E/CAT6 cable. 2) Start> Control Panel> Network and Sharing Center. 3) Change Adapter Settings. 4)Highlight the network adapter you want to use to connect to the device and click 5)Change settings of this connection. 6)The local Area commotion properties window for Network selection appears as below: 7)Click the Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). 8)Click Properties. 9) Select Use the following IP Address for static IP addressing and fill in the details. For TCP/IPv4 you can use any IP address in the range 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255 (excluding 192.168.1.168). 10). Click OK. 11). Click Close.
