Why can't I enable the ARC on Samsung TV?
If you have connected your Extractor to the Samsung Tv correctly and have connected your optical cable to your AVR then Ideally you should be able to enable the ARC feature. If you cannot, try going to "All Settings, External Device Manager, and make sure AnyNet is Enabled." This enables the HDMI-CEC The Tv Should now be able to detect your ARC compatible device
Can this device extract HDMI-ARC audio via analog rca?
