- What is the Maximum Distance CAT5E Can Travel?
- The maximum distance CAT5E can extend a 1080p signal through this device is 165 feet. We would recommend a CAT6 or CAT7 cable to get the best performance.
- Can the EDID copy feature work on 4K TVs.
- the new version of JTD-146 (aluminum shell) can't copy the EDID of 4K TV, can only copy 1080P TV's EDID.

- How do you perform the EDID copy function?
- 1)Connect the transmitter to an available HDMI input port of your display via HDMI cable. 2)Power on your display and set your display’s source to the corresponding HDMI input port. Power on your transmitter. 3)Press the EDID button for 1-2 seconds. Your status lights will change from red to green, then back to red. This indicates a successful EDID copy. 4)Disconnect the power adapter from the transmitter before re-connecting the transmitter to your source device.
